A book I'm interested in is listed as available, but it is not on the shelf where it belongs. How do I find it?

Answer

When you can't find a book in the stacks, you can sign in and place a "Georgetown Request" within HoyaSearch, which will notify staff to look for the book and send it to you when located.

1. You can sign in either at the top right hand corner of your screen:

OR

You can sign in after clicking on the book:

Sign in record

2. Click on Georgetown Request

3. Choose a pick-up location and click on "Send Request"
