How do I cite a lecture or lecture series using Chicago?

I am using parenthetical referencing at the request of my professor. How do I cite direct quotes and/or content from his course lectures using the Chicago style?

Answer

According to the Chicago Manual of Style Online:

(footnote):

2. Viviana Hong, “Censorship in Children’s Literature during Argentina’s Dirty War (1976–1983)” (lecture, University of Chicago, Chicago, IL, April 30, 2015).

The library also has a collection of sources to help with citing in Chicago Style.
