What are the small rooms located around the edges of the second, fourth, and fifth floors?
Answer
Those small rooms are carrels, which are only available to faculty and some graduate students. However, there are other study rooms available for undergraduate students.
To reserve a room, sign up online. You must be a Georgetown University Main Campus student, visiting researcher, staff or faculty member to reserve a group study room.
Same-day reservations are not accepted, but rooms that have not been reserved are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations cannot be made more than one week in advance. Reservations can be made for a maximum of six hours per patron per day.
