Q. Who can I email about the wireless printing?


As of late July 2014, the library no longer manages its printing services. They have been absorbed by the h.print system run by UIS. You can print from your laptop to any printer as long as you have a GoCard (or print card) and sufficient funds. You MUST be connected to SaxaNet (and not GuestNet) to print from a laptop. For more information, please see this webpage. For troubleshooting issues, click here.

Credits for Misprinted Pages

UIS and the GoCard office will provide refunds to a maximum refund of $5.00 when:

  • The printer could not complete a job because of an inadequate paper supply, a jam, a mechanical failure, or a Pharos error.
  • The document text, because of low toner or cartridge failure, is faded to the point of illegibility.
  • The document is otherwise damaged or has illegible text.

To get a refund, bring the misprinted pages or one or more of the jammed pages to the GOCard Office in Darnall Hall.
