I put more than a dollar in the GoCard machine but only got a card with no money on it. What happened?

Guest print/photocopy cards cost a dollar but do not come preloaded with money--you'll need to add additional funds.
Values of $1, $5, $10 and $20 can be added to guest cards and to GOCards at the GOCard Deposit Station in the lobby of Lauinger on the third floor.
