Georgetown books can be placed on hold via the George catalog.  When you find a book that you would like to place on hold, click into the item record.  At the very top of the screen, there is a "Request" button.  Click on the "Request" button and enter your credentials (your last name and 8-digit GOCard number).  When the book is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email indicating that the book is on the hold shelf.  You may view all pending holds online via your George library account.
