How do I get access to library online databases, books, or journals from home?
Answer
The Library has 3 off-campus methods:
- Lean Library -- install a browser extension to Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Surf over to a newspaper, journal, e-book or Library database, and Lean Library will pop up with Library access links. Visit our Lean Library guide to learn more.
- ProxyGU -- a simple bookmarklet that reloads your current webpage through the Library's proxy server for off-campus access. Learn more and download on our ProxyGU guide.
- Library website -- Links in HoyaSearch, the A-Z Databases List, and the Library's Research Guides are all "proxified" (as necessary) and will lead you through the Library's proxy server.
