Q. I heard graduate students have free access to the New York Times.

How can I access it?

Students cannot gain access to NYTimes.com by using their NetID and Georgetown password. Users must instead have a NYTimes.com account that is created using their Georgetown email address. They may then use this link to request an Academic Pass, which will be tied to their NYTimes.com account for 24 hours and provides full access to the site for that period. When the Academic Pass expires, they can follow the same link to request another.

Access is provided through GUSA and not through Georgetown Libraries.
