How do I log in to ArcGIS Online?

If you can't log in to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro, please make sure that you are using the proper login process:
- Go to https://georgetownuniv.maps.ar
cgis.com/ (or use the links from our ArcGIS guide) - Click the blue "Georgetown University" button (do not use the username and password login in the "ArcGIS login" section).
- You'll be taken to the standard NetID and password login page - use this to log in.
If you're authenticated, you'll be taken into ArcGIS Online.
If you can't log in using this method, you're probably also locked out of other Georgetown systems. In this case, you'll need to work with UIS and reset your password.
