I'm an undergrad doing thesis research. Can I get one of those special rooms/lockers?

The individual study rooms are reserved for faculty and doctoral students doing their thesis research. However, there are seven individual study rooms on the 2nd through 4th floors that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other rooms on the 2nd floor may be reserved online up to a week in advance. Same-day reservations are not allowed.

A limited number of lockers are available in Lauinger Library for Main Campus students who live off-campus who need to store frequently used research materials. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served, basis and are for Main Campus graduate and undergraduate students who live off-campus only.

Lockers assignments are for one semester. A renewal form, with a specified due date, will be placed in your locker at the end of each semester. Failure to return either a completed renewal form or key by the due date will result in the forfeiture of your locker assignment and key deposit.
