How do I replace a lost book?

I lost a book that I checked out late April and the book is due May 21st. It's a paperback called The Bells of Nagasaki. How do I go about buying the library another copy? Thanks

Lauinger Library Book Replacement Options:

1) You can pay a $110 replacement cost and any applicable fines, or 2) purchase a copy of the book and bring to the Lauinger Circulation Desk for replacement consideration by the Library. If accepted, there will be a $30 processing fee and you will be responsible for any fines accrued. Replacement copies will be accepted up to 100 days after the book was due.
