Answer

To renew your items, you must log-in to your Library account, which is a link located at the top of our Library homepage. Here is a direct link to "Your Accounts." If you are trying to renew items from Georgetown, click on the link that says, "GEORGE."

After logging-in with your last name and GOCard number (or 14-digit borrower's card number) and clicking "Submit," you will be brought to a page that lists all of the items you have borrowed from our Library. To renew, you have a couple of options:

(1) You may select individual items by checking the box to the left of each title, and then clicking the "Renew Selected Items" button.

(2) You may renew all items at once by clicking the "Renew All" button.

Either option will take you through a series of screens, which simply make sure that the items you have selected are the items you would like renewed.

If you have any problems/issues with this process, do not hesitate to call our Circulation Desk directly to ask for help -- 202.687.7607
