Yes, the Library's Gelardin New Media Center has a wide variety of equipment available for students, faculty and staff including videocameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, hard drives and even Kindle readers.  See the GNMC equipment page for more information: http://www.library.georgetown.edu/gelardin/equipment
