How do I connect to the wireless network?

SaxaNet, which provides over-the-air access to the University network and the Internet using personal devices such as a laptop, is available in the Lauinger Library. In the Blommer Science Library, the wireless network is the HOYAS.

Use This Service: 

All Georgetown students, faculty, staff, and with a valid netid, can use SaxaNet. No special accounts or provisioning are required.SaxaNet is encrypted. Other members of the university, such as guests and vendors can use Guestnet wireless to connect to the wireless, this is not an encrypted wireless network.
