Answer

If the item resides in the Georgetown University Library's Special Collections Department, their staff will make copies for a fee.  You may call 202-687-7444 to inquire about having copies made. 

If the item is in the Georgetown University Library's main collections, you will need to contact your public or academic library's Interlibrary Loan Department to request copies.   The Georgetown University Library will fill libraries' copy and book requests on behalf of their patrons.
