When Georgetown doesn't have the book or journal you need, just click on the "Can't Find It" button on the library's website:  In this case, click on the tab for articles.  Start with the link to Article Reach  If not available in Article Reach, next try requesting via WRLC.  Article Reach and WRLC take 2-3 days and you get a scanned version of the article in your email, no charge.  Interlibrary Loan is also an option, but takes a little longer.
