How do I place a request for a book? How will I know when the book is ready for pickup?

Answer

You can place a request through GEORGE, our library catalog. (Look for the green "REQUEST" button in the top-left corner of the book record.)

Once you've made a request, it generally takes us about 24 hours to get the book from the shelves and process it. Once the book is ready for pickup, we will send you an email. We will hold the book for 8 days before returning it back to the bookstacks.
